Phantom Gearing

Trying to get a feel for just how bad my O.C.D. is compared to the rest of you neurotic sons-of-bitches.  Thanks in advance for making me feel loved.

Re: Phantom Gearing

When I first got the S4, I didn't know there was a 6th gear (the Buell had 5).  Now I'm constantly shifting once more only to find I can't.  It's starting to callous my toe knuckles....But I just KNOW there's a 7th.  Maybe I have to earn it.

Re: Phantom Gearing

I'm always looking for that fuckin 0 gear.  Sadly, I've gotten use to looking for the quick flash of the neutral light so I know I'm in first and stop looking for gear 0.  How long have I been doing this? :banghead:

Re: Phantom Gearing

When you ride a pile that prefers going down the blacktop more on it's side than on the round blacks things below you you are always looking for 7th once you get it rolling because it shakes and rattles so bad hoping one more gear with smooth the damn piece of junk out!
