Minimal damage. Maybe a turn signal...a scratch or two that easibly buffed out... More damage to my shoulder and I swear it is now lumpier than the other....

Do I think I'm better than everyone? Only the ones I'm better than.

Lumpier? I think we better refer to the Scrabble dictionary on that one...
Son, you're about as useful as a poopy-flavored lollipop!

So I think I am going to bauy a 2002 Suzuki SV650S tommorrow i know its somewhat of a crossover but it should work well as a beginners bike... Let me know if its a bad idea
Definitely a GOOD idea. Great bike to start with... work on your riding skills and then move up to bigger bike when you're ready. I've had tons of fun on my SV over the 3 years I've owned it. Don't really have anything bad to say about it. Great bike in the twisties. The suspension lacks adjustability, but it always seems to stay stable now matter how hard your ride it. I guess the only thing it lacks compared to a true sportbike is a bit of horsepower for pull off of the corners. But you have to be riding with a bunch of absolute hooligans like the CVSBC to really notice any lack of power. Hope this helps you out.

Paging Mr. Subtle. Mr. Subtle please pick up the white courtesy phone. Seriously though, congrats on the purchase and welcome to the sickness.
If loud pipes save lives, imagine what learning to ride could do.
