Communications gear?

Didn't know really what to title this - looking to see if anyone has or has used any gear that enables you to talk helmet to helmet with your passenger, or another rider in your group if they're within range. I haven't searched or looked into anything yet, was just curious if anyone has an experience with any products that do this.

Thanks!

Re: Communications gear?

Boy, wouldn't it be something if you could do that with the iPhone, Skype and the ear bud/mic combo?

I'd rather communicate the holey way.

Do I think I'm better than everyone? Only the ones I'm better than.

Re: Communications gear?

A bunch of us had these back in the day (it was a Wednesday, I think) and if the wrong friend has one (or wife), you have to listen to them flap their gums for hours...gets kinda distracting.  I would have one again, but only if in "touring" mode.
