It just hit me that Rossi's hand is not on the grip in any of the pics, so it must have been a cool-down lap or something.  Still awesome, but just slightly less than if they were pushing at all.

At first I thought Edwards knocked the ChImp off the bike. Then ChAmp pointed out that it was the clutch, not the brake. Then I had my "Aha" moment. Clearly, the ChImp has his left hand up in victory, and the subsequent boot is a mock-kicking.

My brother does this sort of malarkey to me on occasion. He hasn't tried the karate chop or killing my bike yet. I'm betting he's afraid he'll have to scrape me off the pavement as I have, in the past, been confused by my bike not starting when the kickstand is down. Or I've been confused because I have headlights on but no dash lights. Or how I don't always put my kickstand down before I unass my bike. Maybe I should take up chess...
