Hey all, what's up? I briefly met a couple of you in Nelson for the flood run last saturday. It looks like a serious group of riders you have here. Me, I'm an old bastard who drives too slow but loves to ride the Wisconsin and southeastern Minnesota area backroads. I suspect we'll have to meet up with some of you for a ride to Ontario and some Rockton chicken one of these weekends. My favorite road in Wisconsin is cty P on the way there mmm.
I'm not sure if many of you know about DCTC so I will post a link, it's the best way for a person to get some advanced riding skills and the cheapest. Not too far from Eau Claire either, about the same distance as it is for me. You gotta sign up fast though!

P is a great road however the last time we were on it as a club we had a cop hang one of our guy's out to dry and they held 3 others for 2 hours tring to get info it really sucked! May be tough to get our club on that road again!

Talk to 8xChamp. I know he gives lesson also. Not cheap, but worth the $$. I think he combines both noobs and experienced riders together and teaches the same stuff. Really genius in my opinion.
Actually the class you describe is a great course! I wish more people would invest in learning how to ride better.
Hmmm, where is this class taught?

I know you saw the condition of my bike. You must have a really unique sense of adventure to contemplate receiving instruction from a guy with a bike that's as thrashed upon as mine is. :suicide:
If loud pipes save lives, imagine what learning to ride could do.

Well, I am unique and I do like adventure... that's why I ride a sportbike!
I guess I'd just like to become a better rider, so I'm always on the lookout for ways to improve.

Ok, tell ya what... next time we ride, I'll take the Triumph for a spin and show you how to ride it. DEAL? :wheelie:

I don't know, from what I saw on Monday I think you could impart more wisdom to me than I could to you.
