Private messaging added

Hey,

Just letting you all know I modded in private messaging into the board system. The display is a little funky if you're using the CrystalBlue theme, but I'll fix that up.

If you have new messages, it lets you know up top under the "Last Visit" area. To send a message to someone, you can go into Messages and hit the "send a message" link, or under everyone's avatar area, click the "PM" link to send a private message.

Now then, off to the bars

Could you change the notification of new PM's to be red or something different than the rest of the text?  I've missed some for days because it didn't jump out at me.

I sure can.

If you run Firefox (or any other mozilla based browser), the text blinks, also.
