Spaghetti Feed and Suspension Tire Day

Hey everybody we are within 2 weeks.  Sat May 3rd is the day to come and stuff your face play with your suspension and get a tire changed if need be.  Tires will be $5 bucks and $7 if I keep the old one to dispose.  (tire services are for club members so get signed up you get a lot perks around here( including seeing the champ on every page warming his hands up)) I would like to try to get a head count of those that are coming for the food.  Also post up if you think you will have a tire changed and what kind of bike you have please.  One last thing needed is if someone can bring a Spanner wrench for a ramp style rear shock.  Hope to see ya all then!  Oh yeah the champ will post up the ride details so get to it Lowel!!

I'm in.  Both rubs.  Do you have the monster allen wrench to take my front off or should I get one?

I think I have the right one, I have a 4way tool but one of the smaller ones is broke but if it is a huge one I should have you covered(If you know the size shoot me the number).  Tip of the day don't ever buy one of those tools measure the inside diameter and buy a metric bolt and 2 nuts to jamb together much cheaper!

What kind of tyres are you brining?

Re: Spaghetti Feed and Suspension Tire Day

Anyone who has tires, tools or anything else you can't take up to Rand's on the 3rd on your bike, send me a PM and I'll get them from you.  I plan on making a run in the couch-on-wheels next Thursday or Friday to deliver them so we're ready to roll on Saturday.  UNLESS, someone is for sure going up on the 3rd in a cage, then I'll skip the trip.

Bump to get your name on the list to ensure we have enough food for everyone.

p.s.  Turd, order/but your damn tires already.

Re: Spaghetti Feed and Suspension Tire Day

Sounds like Crash06 might be coming up to play as well and might be needing tire service.  I'll let him confirm or deny the rumor.

Re: Spaghetti Feed and Suspension Tire Day

The weather isn't looking great, but TWC only has a 30% chance of rain on Saturday.  It's only Tuesday today so God knows it'll change 5 times before Saturday.  I'm waiting for word from Rand regarding the latest possible cancellation time.  Basically, I don't want him to make a gallon of spaghetti sauce and then we cancel.

If the weather holds, we'll meet at the normal spot at the normal time (Shanghai @ 10, leave @ 10:30).

Stay tuned.

Rand, where are you located? I am working on some logistics so I can come and enjoy the festivities. PS I won't whine.

My life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather I will skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming...... WOW....WHAT A RIDE!                                                                            "Got Amsoil"

I am in the village of Cameron. I have talked to the champ and we are going to try to make it a go but Friday will be the ultimate decision, I hope the weather holds!
