when i buy my bikes, i usually spend a couple hours going over every single inch of the fugger...i probably could add a few things to that huge ass list you got there

My first motorcycle purchase...(paraphrased)
February:
Me: Hey Scott, any Speed Triples?
Scott: Yeah, a couple. (Mentions a couple)
Me: Mmm, how bout used?
Scott: No used Triples. My wife's Speed Four is for sale, though.
Me: Tell me about it.
Scott: '04, 3500 miles, never dropped, clean. You can look at it on the website if you want.
Me: How much?
Scott: 4350.
Me: Hmm, okay. How about, if somebody inquires about it in the next day or so, you tell them it's sold?
Scott: Sure.
Day Two:
Present Check. Run it, sit on it, take it home in a pickup.
March: Ride it for the first time, stripped of paintable parts (except the tank). Fall in love.

theres alot of really good bikes out there...i dont keep a bike for more than 1-2 years so it makes more sense for me to buy used...i find them, ride them, mod them, ride em some more, and sell them...i already feel like my bike is in need of a replacement :lol
