Ok here's another lesson.

When you browse to that vid on youtube the address ends up being http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsVgi8hoFFc

If you click the "BBCode" link under the message box, it lists a bunch of things you can do by putting B tags for bold, I for italic, IMG for images, etc.

Just apply the youtube code around a youtube address to put it in your message, like so:

[youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jsVgi8hoFFc[/youtube]

And bam, your video will be there.
