Re: Edwards Save

Rossi had a similar save last year in a race, but it wasn't as obvious because of the camera angle.  It's odd that after Edward's save in qualifying, they also caught on camera a near identical save by Hayden and a rider in the 250 as well.

I was watching Dave Despain last night and they showed Hayden's save and how he saved it on his elbow.  If you look closely, Hayden's elbow didn't actually touch the ground, but still was an AMAZING save.  No mention of Colin or his even MORE AMAZING save.  Dave and Nicky sittin' in a tree....

Re: Edwards Save

I watched that a couple of times...was it his boot hitting the pavement that knocked him off-balance?

Do I think I'm better than everyone? Only the ones I'm better than.

Don't think so.  Pretty sure he lost the front.  Then, excellent riding form plus inputs, or lack of inputs to the clip-ons, plus one shit-ton of luck=an awesome save.

Here's a still of Hayden's nearly identical save.
