I almost made it back from Minong for the ride, but I decided it may be more fun to pick turkey feathers out of my windshield.

I had the two older boys with me and they thought it was a hoot.  When I looked over my should the bird was running into the woods, I'm assuming to die.

And my first thought was, "I'm glad I'm not on my bike."

As if deer weren't enough to worry about.
