Labor Day 08

I have been studying the map lately and their is a road that I have been wanting to take but when I am near it their has always been a group with. It is called Canada Ridge Road.... It is near  Fountain City. I plan on riding down that way at 1pm on Labor day Sept 1st. Anyone interested, be the holiday station just off Folsom street by Menards  fueled up and ready to go at 1pm.

Cool road. Some parts up on top of the ridge are fun, you can't really see where the road goes so it's fun to discover which way it goes at the last second.
I'm at DCTC for the Advanced rider course, else I'd be riding tomorrow.

This is all so true! Nice road though, kinda like Montana Ridge Road in some ways, but better! That section that dropped down into the valley by Hwy. E would be lots of fun once it became more familiar.

Milageguy, thanks for the opportunity to get out and ride today. Makes up for missing my fix on Sunday.
